Free trial
Every new install starts with a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan. No credit card required during the trial.
After 14 days, you can:
- Continue on the Free tier (limited but functional)
- Subscribe to Pro or Growth through the Billing page
Managing your subscription
Go to Billing (via navigation or ask the AI "manage my subscription") to:
- View your current plan and usage
- Upgrade or downgrade
- Cancel your subscription
All billing is handled through Shopify's billing system. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice alongside your other app charges.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. When you cancel:
- Your subscription continues until the end of the current billing period
- Your data is preserved (you can resubscribe later)
- You revert to Free tier limits after the period ends
